Lynn A. Coty

Coty, Lynn A. Hemlock, MI Loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at the age of 59. Lynn, better known as "Coty" to his friends, was born May 28, 1955, in Saginaw. He married Janice Stenzel on March 12, 1977; she survives him. He owned Coty's General Truck Repair, Coty's Hi-Pressure Wash, Jalyt Leasing, Old Tyme Roadhouse, and Coty's Landing. He loved landscaping, trees, his pond, and driving his golf cart. He enjoyed gambling trips up north. Besides his wife Janice he is survived by his children, Theresa Miller, Aaron Coty, Adam Coty, and Gilbert Coty; granddaughters, Nicole and Anna Miller; siblings, Carl (Gail) Coty, Harry (Lynn) Coty, and Sharon (Ron) Dittmar; and many nieces, nephews, and employees. He was predeceased by his father Gilbert Coty; and mother and step-father, Frances (Sampson) and Jim Cerva. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 30, 2014, at Zion Lutheran Church 17927 Dice Road in Hemlock. Rev. Martin Hagenow will officiate with burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at W.L. Case & Company 201 N. Miller Road and again at church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the East Side Soup Kitchen. www.casefuneralhome.com
