Mae Elliott

Elliott, Mae Saginaw, MI Passed away Monday, June 2, 2014 at Covenant Healthcare, age 86 years. Mae was born in Oneida, Tennessee October 2, 1927 the daughter of the late Commodore and Elizabeth Phillips. She was married to Charles Elliott. He predeceased her November 9, 2006. She was a member of Immanuel Bible Church. She and Charles were active in the Food Bank at Center Road Church of Christ when he was living and she continued helping there after Charles's death. Mae was also active in Helping Hands, the American Red Cross and the Rescue Mission. Mae is survived by three daughters and a son, Marilyn (Fred) Husen, Janice Parks, Elizabeth Fehn and Robert Baldwin; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and a brother, Ronald Roberts. In addition to her husband, Mae was predeceased by a son, Gary Lee Byrd; a daughter, Deborah Jean Baldwin and a son-in-law, Clare Michael Parks The funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 7, 2014 at W. L. Case & Company, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Mark Hazen will officiate with burial to follow in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family at the chapel Friday from 2:00 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service.
