Marcus B. Patson of Saginaw, Michigan

Beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 24, 2021, at his home. He was 38 years old. Marcus Benjamin Patson was born on March 23, 1983, in Saginaw, Michigan, to John Allen and Virginia Mae (Lumsden) Patson. He a proud graduate of Mackinaw Academy High School. Marcus was an avid gamer and loved playing on his Play Station. He enjoyed occupying his time with his remote-controlled cars or riding his bicycle. Marcus treasured and cherished the times he was able to spend with family, especially hanging out with his friends. He will forever be remembered for all his loving and selfless acts of kindness.

Surviving are his mother, Virginia Mae Patson of Saginaw; brother, Timothy John Patson and his girlfriend, Melissa Cohee of Silverwood; two nieces and a nephews: Amelianna, Riley, and Travis Patson-Cohee; two aunts, Bette (Joseph) Klann of Saginaw; Mary Josling of West Branch; uncle, David (Vicki) Lumsden of Saginaw. Also surviving are many cousins, extended family, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Allen Patson; and his grandparents.
