Bray, Margaret L. Saginaw, Michigan Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, passed away on her birthday, Sunday, March 10, 2013, at the age of 82 years. Margaret Louise Bueter was born March 10, 1931, in Davison, the daughter of the late Bernard and Mabel (Boyce) Bueter. She graduated from St. Mary's School of Nursing at St. Mary's Hospital. She married Charles P. "Chuck" Bray on August 8, 1953; he predeceased her January 27, 1988. Margaret had been employed as a nurse at Staten Island, at the Millett Center, and later, the Saginaw County Department of Mental Health, retiring 12 years ago. She volunteered as a CASA with the CAN Council, and also volunteered with the Special Olympics. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and was involved with its Befriender Ministry. Margaret was a loving and devoted mother to her children, eight of whom survive her: Patrick and Maria Bray, Saginaw; Terry and Sue Bray, Hemlock; Colleen and Len Schaeding, Saginaw; Kathleen and Ron Watson, Kalamazoo; Charlie and Becky Bray, Grand Rapids; Matthew and Patricia Bray, Hemlock; Timothy and Theresa Bray, Hemlock; Thomas Bray and Dawn Barron-Bray, Alpena; 18 grandchildren, Jodi (Roydon), Kyra (Aaron), Jon, Josh (Briget), Chad, Stephanie (Brandon), Ron, Amanda, Eric, Alex, Emma, Sophie, Wade, Zachary, Kyle, Ryan, Mason and Keegan; 11 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Ann Bueter, Audrey and Bob Irwin, and Elaine and Rex Milsap; a brother-in-law and two sisters-in-law, John and Jackie Bray, and Mary Bond; several nieces, nephews and their families. She was predeceased by a son, John Joseph Bray; three grandchildren, Christopher, Alex and Grace; and a sister, Maureen Miller. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2013, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1035 N. River Road. Rev. Fr. David Parsch will officiate with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. Her family will receive friends at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Road, from 4:00 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, and from 2:00 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, where a parish vigil service will take place at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday.
