"If there ever is a day when we can't be together, keep me in your heart - I'll stay there forever. " - Winnie the Pooh (A.A. Milne) Margaret Marie Scheffler (Pahssen) born 23 Sept 1956 in Saginaw, MI. Raised in Reese, MI by her Parents William Richard "Red" Pahssen and Lillian Ruth Willman Pahssen along with her younger brother James "Jim" Robert Pahssen. She passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017 in Cedar Park, Texas. She was named for her Grandmother Margaret Ann Kiley Pahssen who was also taken far too early due to TB in 1931. Known affectionately to many as "Marg", she graduated from Reese High School in 1974. She then attended Delta College; this is how she met her Husband, Robert "Bob" James Scheffler of Saginaw. She graduated with an Associate's Degree in General Engineering leaning more towards computer sciences. They both then went to Michigan State University together as a couple. They were married on April 8, 1978. After graduation they moved to Minnesota in 1980, where they were blessed with two daughters; Teresa Ann, and Kristin Marie. Later down the road they all moved to Texas. Margaret joined ACN Group in Minneapolis in 1999 after relocating again. Her official title was Provider Data Consultant, but as anyone will tell you it did not due her justice. Minneapolis became Marg's "second home" where many of her closest friends still reside, the home office of OPTUM formally know as ACN for whom Marg has worked for over 25 plus years, and the home to her "baby brother", Jim, and his family. She was so valued by her coworkers and the company that they will never be able to find another person as dedicated and as knowledgable as she was. She was the one to call, email, or IM and she would help no matter what. Even after her first round of Chemo she still didn't miss work. After the doctor gave her the all clear she relocated back to Texas to be with her daughters and her grandchildren: Jacob Brooks Trim, Tyson Blake Trim, Isabella "Izzie" Sue Stephens, and Aryanna Nicole Stephens. Margaret enjoyed football, basketball, baseball, hockey, Nascar, and every other sport that exists. Except swimming, she really didn't like swimming. She was a Spartan through and through! Go GREEN! She was also a huge Vikings, and Twins fan. If you saw her she usually had on a jersey, jacket, or some fun form of memorabilia on or around her at all time. She was very competitive and she is now the champion in the our very own fantasy football league. She beat her grandson Jacob (who was the current champion and the one to beat this season) in the championship round game. She enjoyed watching both her grandsons play football, and the many other sport they participated in. She was their biggest fan! She enjoyed collecting her granddaughters many, many drawings they would make for her when they saw her. She was an avid stuffed animal collector. She loved her "zoo", as she affectionately called them. She was predeceased by her parents William Richard "Red" in 1989, and Mother Lillian Ruth just a little over a month prior in January 2017. Her Grandmother Alma in 2006. Margaret is survived by her Husband Bob (Cedar Park, TX), her Daughters Teresa Ann Scheffler and her husband Patrick Stephens (Georgetown TX), Kristin Marie and her husband Mike Trim, Jr. (Leander, TX), her Grandchildren Jacob Brooks and Tyson Blake Trim, and Isabella Sue and Aryanna Nicole Stephens, her brother and his wife: Jim and Laurie Pahssen (Bloomington Minnesota).
