Marge M. Greskowiak

Greskowiak, Marge M. Saginaw, Michigan Much loved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, died Thursday, April 7, 2016, at home after a brief illness. Age 74 years. Margaret Mary Scheich was born May 1, 1941, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the daughter of the late Joseph and C. Carmel (Clyne) Scheich. She married Jerome "Jerry" Greskowiak on May 11, 1963, and celebrated 50 years of marriage before his passing on August 25, 2013. Marge is survived by their four sons, Jeff Grey, Lake Isabella, MI; Paul and Colleen Greskowiak, St. Charles, MI; Mark Greskowiak, Bay City, MI; Greg and Maria Greskowiak, Land O Lakes, FL; six grandchildren, Rachel (fianc Tyler Seaver), Evan, Rebecca, Alex, Eddie and Yana; one sister, Pat and Gene Torok, Clinton Township, MI; several nieces and nephews. She graduated from Servite High School in Detroit, and graduated with honors with both her Bachelor degree and Master of Finance degree from Saginaw Valley State University. She had been employed by Hemlock School District as Chief Financial Officer for many years. After retirement, she and Jerry were involved in rental property management. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Marge was a Master Gardener, and a member of various plant societies, including the Hosta Society. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1035 N. River Road. Rev. Fr. Peter Gaspeny will officiate with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. Her family will receive friends at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Road, from 2:00 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday where a parish vigil service will take place at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday. Family and friends may then gather at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.
