Marie Mildred Milne

Marie M. Milne Saginaw Michigan Marie Milne passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. She was 80. She was the daughter of the late Arnold and Jane Yockey. Marie was born December 12, 1936 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Jon Milne on February 3, 1955. Jon passed away on June 25, 1985. Marie was an incredibly proud mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She always said that her family was her greatest achievement in life. Marie was an avid gardener. Her entire yard exploded with colorful flowers, flowering bushes and trees. She also enjoyed shopping, dining out and playing with her great grandchildren. We all loved her dearly and were fortunate to have been a part of her life. Surviving are two daughters and one son and their spouses, Jacqueline and Rodric Stewart; Jon and Cindy Milne; Kathleen and Art Harter. Grandchildren and their spouses, Corban and Ashley Stewart; Zach and Maci Stewart; Jesse Stewart and Rose Stewart; Jacob Milne and fiance Amy Wakeman; Shanna and Matthew Hensler; Kasey and Jon Halter; Kelly Danielson and longtime partner Anthony Restifo. Great grandchildren, Caiden, Lucas, Sarah and Adam. Maries brother William Yockey predeceased her. The funeral service will take place at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Friends may call at the Chapel from 3:00 p.m. Wednesday until the time of the funeral service.
