Marie V. Richir

Richir, Mrs. Marie V. Thomas Township, Michigan Wife of Leo F. Richir, passed away Friday, April 28, 1989, following a short illness. Age 77 years. Marie V. Marlier was born February 6, 1912 in Belgium, coming to the United States as a young girl. She married Mr. Richir on April 1, 1929; he survives her. She was a member of the Catholic faith. Surviving besides her husband are two daughters and one son, Bonnie M. Ruthig, Mary L. Case and her husband, Win, Leo L. Richir and his wife, Rosalie, all of Saginaw; nine grandchildren, Linda M. Hambling, John D. Ruthig, Joseph R. Ruthig, Julie Case Swieczkowski, Mary Lou Case, Susan Case, Kathryn J. Case, Caroline A. Case Orsini, and Amy S. Case; 12 great-grandchildren. Two brothers, Rev. August Marlier and Gaston Marlier, predeceased her. Funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 1, at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Road. Monseigneur Charles A.
