Marilyn Ethel Tolfree

Tolfree, Marilyn Ethel Bridgeport, MI Passed away Saturday, June 8, 2013 at Covenant Healthcare, age 80 years. Marilyn was born April 28, 1933 in Saginaw, Michigan the daughter of the late Samuel and Annie (Russell) Baird. She married Glen R. Tolfree, Sr. March 6, 1954. He predeceased her December 29, 1999. She was a member of Bridgeport Community Church. She loved spending time with her family; working on scrapbooks and playing cards. Marilyn is survived by four daughters, Penny (Steven) Elliott, Diane (Don)Geitman, Mary (Scott) Rosebrock, Julie (Tom) Treib; a son, Glen(Gail) Tolfree, Jr.; eleven grandchildren, Brandon (Renee) Elliott, Sara Elliott, Brett (Amanda) Elliott, D. J. Geitman, Nicole and Kyle Rosebrock, Alexander, Anthony and Rachel Treib; Zachary and Devon Tolfree; 4 great-grandchildren , Aiden, Colton, Ethan and Adelyn Elliott; a sister, Donna Campeau; many special nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Marilyn was predeceased by two sisters, Joyce Yaklin and Peg Dirk. The funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 13, 2013 at Bridgeport community Church, 3841 State St., Bridgeport, MI. Rev. Ronald L. Sinclair will officiate with burial in Pinegrove Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie Highway Wednesday from 2:00 8:00 p.m. and Thursday at church from10:00 a.m. until time of the service.
