Marion Elaine (Scherzer) Supinger

Marion Elaine (Scherzer) Supinger, age 80 of Saginaw, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 4, 2019 at Gladwin Pines Nursing Home in Gladwin, Michigan. She was born July 19, 1938 in Saginaw, daughter of the late Emil and Mabel (Wenzel) Scherzer. Marion was a life-long resident of Saginaw and attended Freeland schools. She was a loving mother of sons Jeffrey and Jerry Supinger. Marion enjoyed playing Euchre, Dice, going to the casino, crafting and being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be missed by many. Surviving is her son, Gerald (Holly) Supinger of Gladwin; daughter-in-law Denise Supinger of Saginaw; 5 grandchildren Jeffrey (Nicole) Supinger, Justin Supinger and his significant other Janay Anklam, Blaine Supinger, Dakota Goodwin and Dariyan Mewhiney; and 5 great grandchildren Taylor, Mason, Emma, Skyler and Aida Supinger; sister Dorothy (Thomas) Gutchak; brothers Wilbert, Melvin, and Robert (Diane) Scherzer and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Marion was preceded in death by a son Jeffrey Supinger, sisters-in-law Judy and June Scherzer and a nephew Brian Scherzer. Honoring Marions wishes cremation has taken place. Memorial service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on July 11, 2019 at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Friends may visit the family from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Those planning to make an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the Underground Railroad.
