Marjorie A. Easlick

Beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away at age 90 on January 16, 2022 at Green Acres Assisted Living Facility in Fremont, Michigan. The daughter of the late William and Martha (Wendland) Diment; Marjorie was born September 1, 1931 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Robert Easlick on June 25, 1949. He predeceased her on January 12, 2002. Marjorie was a member of Resurrection Lutheran Church in Saginaw. She worked many jobs in her lifetime, from driving a school bus to working as a waitress and in the collections department at Second National Bank of Saginaw. Later in her life she ran her own clothing store in Newaygo, Michigan, then worked at the Temple Theater. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, playing bingo and cards as well as volunteering at her church.
Surviving are one son and one daughter, Ted (Deborah) Easlick of Saginaw and Jeanette Howarth of Newaygo; 5 grandchildren, Michelle, Rachael, Richard Jr, Michael and Elizabeth; 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Marjorie was preceded in death by her daughter, Laura, her brother, William Diment Jr., her sister Lucille Dater and her sister Marilyn Wisniewski.
The funeral liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 28, 2022 at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Ted McCulloch will officiate with burial in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. A luncheon will follow. Friends may call at the funeral chapel from 9:00 a.m. Friday until the time of the funeral service.
