Marlene A. Thomas

Thomas, Marlene A. Hemlock, Michigan Passed away on Friday, August 7, 2015 at the age of 75 years. The daughter of the late William and Virginia (Siemienkiewicz) Claus was born on July 21, 1940 in Saginaw. She married James D Thomas on May 24, 1958; he predeceased her on May 31, 1997. Marlene was a past member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing, BINGO and cards, including poker. She also enjoyed trips to the Casino with George and spending time with her family. Surviving are four daughters and their spouses; Peggy (Russ) Beckman, Vickie (Gerald) Ginderske, Robin (Jim) Sherman, Mary (Leonard) Clark, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her longtime companion, George Clark, a step sister, Cathy Cruz, dear cousin Gary Sebanick and many nieces, nephews and relatives. She was predeceased by her daughter, Penny Griffor, grandson, Lloyd Beckman, her sister Jean Lamblin and an infant brother. Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. with burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
