Loving friend, mother, grandmother and great grandmother died Saturday, February 2, 2019, at Wellspring Lutheran Home, Frankenmuth. Age 88 years. Mary Ann was born February 8, 1930 in Saginaw, only child for the late Edward Joseph and Mary Rosalie (Blondheim) Evoy. She married Alex Teselsky on December 27, 1952. He predeceased her on January 4, 1997. Mary Ann is survived by four daughters, two sons and their spouses, M. Christine and James Church, Saginaw; Alex and Rebecca Teselsky, Millington, Linda and Abdullaziz Al-Omair, Bahrain Island; Tamara Toskey, Thomas Township; John Teselsky, Clio; Marilyn and Michael Mangutz, Thomas Township; twelve grandchildren, Dominic Vietti, Abdulla, Sarah and Hannah Al-Omair, Alex, Peter and Anastasia Teselsky; Mary Ann Fleming, Robert Toskey; Christina Sieggreen, Michael and Justin Mangutz; eight great grandchildren, Jed Washum, Maria Vietti, Laith and Qais Al-Omair; Russel, Miles and Victor Sieggreen; and Vivian Mangutz. She is survived by one niece and two nephews, Diane, Michael and Leonard Blythe. Mary Ann leaves dozens and dozens of friends, both old and new. Fascinated by life, Mary Ann was delighted to learn new things and make new friends with the people she met and the places she lived. Her kindness, humor, patience, forgiveness and resilience revealed the many ways of loving. Her resilience inspired hope and faith in others. Her love transformed the places and the lives of those she knew. Love is the greatest; love never dies. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 9, 2019 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Richard Kucher will officiate with private burial at Brant Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral chapel on Friday from 2:00-8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
