Mary Elizabeth “Beth” Taylor
Saginaw, Michigan
Beloved wife, mother, and nana, passed away on November 30, 2020; at the age of 67 years. The daughter of the late Louis Howard and Luella (Cregeur) Howard, Beth was born on February 16th, 1953, in Saginaw, Michigan. She graduated from Buena Vista High School, with the class of 1971. Beth married Donald “Don” Taylor on June 22, 1974; he survives her. She retired from Catholic Federal Credit Union after 30 years of service and went on to retire from United Financial Credit Union as well. Beth was a talented musician, playing piano and singing every Sunday for years at St. Mark Episcopal Church, followed by St. Mathew Episcopal Church. Beth enjoyed reading, watching true crime television, and being up north at the cottage. Beth had a kind heart. She loved her family to a fault. She was the best nana who her grandkids adored.
Surviving besides her husband of 46 years, Don; are one son, two daughters and their spouses: Daniel and Melissa, Amy and Jason, Stephanie and Dominic; eight grandchildren: Matthew, Fischer, Connor, Parker, Isabella, Maximus, Eva, Atlas; two brothers: Jim (Barb) Howard, Bill Howard; her beloved dog: Sadie. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who are more like family. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a sister-in-law: Sue Howard.
Visitation will take place from 3:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, December 21, 2020 at the W. L. Case and Company, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Private committal services will take place later. In accordance with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services ordinance, indoor capacity is limited to 25 persons, face coverings are required and social distancing is encouraged.
