Mary J. Peters

Peters, Mary J. Saginaw, Michigan Loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother passed away Thursday, January 17, 2013 at St. Francis Home at the age of 86 years. The daughter of the late Joseph and Grace (Villella) Lazzaro was born on March 19, 1926 in Saginaw. She worked for SBPS (Sugar Beet Product Company) and Wilcox-Rich (Eaton Co.). She enjoyed knitting, sewing, quilting, and crocheting and baking. Surviving are two daughters; MaryLee Trumble, Margaret (Steve) Blower, grandchildren; Richard Bowman, Vickie Sanders, Heather (Ronald) Greene, Shelly (Jerry) Moffit, Eric Blower, Crystal Blower, great-grandchildren; Samantha Royce, Jessica (Jason) Schliska, Noah Sanders, Zachary Blower, Benjamin Greene, Megan Greene, Dominic Blower, Nicoli Bowman, Jeremy Greene, Matthew Wicke, and Maryssa Moffitt great-great grandchildren Brooklyn and Grant. She is also survived by brothers Donald Lazzaro, and many nieces and nephews and two life-long friends Betty Conway and Arlene Reinicke. She was predeceased by her daughter and son-in-law; Metta (Ben) Bowman, ex-husband Melvin G. Peters, son-in-law Robert Trumble and her siblings; Dominic Lazzaro, Francis Paciotti, Frank Lazzaro, Nicholas Lazzaro, John Lazzaro, Phillip Lazzaro, Florence Pizzi, Lena Licavoli, Angie Hartman and a sister in law Mary Lazzaro.
