Our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, passed away August 4, 2024, at Health Source of Saginaw at Age 95 years.

The daughter of the late Mae Britten and Elmer Bloom was born August 9, 1928, in Mount Morris, Michigan. She was a graduate of Mt Morris High School. On August 14, 1948, she married Albert (Bud) Buckley. He predeceased her on May 5, 2010. Mary worked at Dow Corning and was a full-time homemaker for her sons and husband. She was a member of St. John XXIII Parish, St. Mary’s Church, Knights of Columbus/Lady’s Auxiliary, Merrill/Hemlock VFW/Lady’s Auxiliary, and various other community groups. She enjoyed cruises, bowling, camping, fishing, found a passion for card playing, Tigers baseball, and Clemson Tiger College football through her Granddaughters Jennifer’s College.

Surviving are her sons, David (Laura) Buckley; Stephen Buckley; Joseph (Yvonne) Buckley; and Dean (Jennie) Buckley; 5 grandchildren; 3+ great grandchildren.

A private family Service has taken place with burial in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Merrill. Mary’s family wish to thank many family& friends for the wonderful care that was given to our mother.
