Mary Lou Hanafin

Hanafin, Mary Lou Saginaw, Michigan Went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at the age of 83 years. Mary Lou Taylor was born July 2, 1933, in Bay City, the daughter of the late Verna and Herbert Taylor. She had a passion for walking. She married Robert Jack Hanafin on May 14, 1969; he predeceased her on June 12, 2001. She was also predeceased by three sons, Duane Baker, Rob J. Hanafin II, and Russell Hanafin. Surviving are her sister and brother-in-law, Ione and David Magsig, and their children, Shelly (Max) Taylor, John Rajewski, Robert Rajewski, Janel (Thad) Teenier, Michelle Magsig (fianc Scott Sabgash), and Aaron (Holly) Magsig; seven grandnieces and grandnephews. Memorial services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, where her family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. Wednesday until the time of service. Rev. Matt Hauser will officiate. Private committal will take place later at Roselawn Memorial Mausoleum.
