Matthew Lee Ruppel

Ruppel, Matthew Lee Hemlock, Michigan Passed away Monday, December 30, 2013 at Henry Ford Hospital, age 55 years. Matthew was born in Saginaw, Michigan August 9, 1958 the son of Henry and Ann (Jacobs) Ruppel. He loved spending time with his family. He was an excellent cook, who could put almost anything together and make it taste good. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting and watching sports. Matt is survived by his two daughters, Courtney and Mollie Ruppel; his fiance, Theresa Henninger; his parents, Henry and Ann Ruppel; six siblings, Debbie Cady, Doug, Jeff, David and Tim Ruppel, Heather Mali; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his grandmother, Bertha Jacobs and his brother, Daniel Ruppel. The funeral service will take place 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 6, 2014 at W. L. Case & Company, 201 N. Miller Rd. Rev. Fr. Richard Jozwiak will officiate. Friends may visit with the family at the chapel Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service.
