Maureen Mielke

Mielke, Maureen Saginaw, Michigan Beloved mother and grandmother passed away early Friday, October 14, 2016, at St. Francis Home, following complications from surgery. Age 79 years. Maureen Truskoski was born August 30, 1937, in Saginaw, the daughter of Bernice (Wresinski) Truskoski and the late Chester Truskoski. She graduated from Saginaw High School with the Class of 1955. She married Larry Mielke on November 26, 1955; he predeceased her November 11, 2005. Maureen was an avid reader, enjoyed playing Bingo and collecting arts and crafts. Surviving besides her mother, Bernice, are two sons and daughters-in-law and four grandchildren: Ron and Marcie Mielke and their children, Karly and Kyle, all of Pinconning; Jeff and Brandi Mielke and their sons, Jacob and Noah, all of Saginaw. Maureen's family will receive friends at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Road, from 3:00 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, with a funeral service at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
