Passed away Saturday, December 9, 2023, with family by his side. Age 59 years.

Mike was born July 20, 1964, in Elyria, Ohio, to the late Grover and Derna (Williams) Harris. He enjoyed football season, especially watching his favorite team, the Broncos, and watching the Lions with his friends around the kitchen table. Mike also enjoyed being outside by a bonfire with family and friends.

Mike was preceded in death by his fiancé Debra LaShance, with whom he had one son, Corbin Harris. He was also preceded by Edith Sayan, who treated Mike like a son and who he loved as a mother.

Surviving are his son, Corbin Michael (Alexis) Harris, eight grandchildren: Danielle, Vincent, Riley, Lil Corbin, Leilah, Peyton, Piper, and Lainey; sister-in-law Laura (Sayan) Southam (Jack); brother-in-law Hubert John LaShance; a special niece who he held very close to his heart, Emilee Southam; nephew Steven Southam, who he loved very much; great nephew Braxton Southam. He also leaves behind two sisters: Michelle Leddon of Center Township, PA, and Celeste Litman of Weirton, WV. Special thanks to Red, who was a good friend of Mike; a long time friend Bobby Strong, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Honoring Mike's wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to W.L.
