Michael James Kelly

Michael James Kelly Saginaw, Michigan Passed away unexpectedly, Friday, November 23, 2018. Age 67 years. The son of Kathleen (Buxman) and the late James Kelly was born December 30, 1950 in Saginaw, Michigan. He graduated from Arthur Hill High School and served with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was employed for many years by the Saginaw County Road Commission. Michael also owned and operated convenience stores before retiring to be home with his children. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed cooking for family and friends. Surviving besides his mother, Kathleen, are a daughter and son, Meghan and Jared Katerberg, Grand Rapids, MI; Matthew Kelly and Jordan Mitidieri, Colorado; two grandchildren, Harper and Kade Katerberg; two sisters and their husbands, Dawn and Robert Dalton; Kim and Scott Anderson; several nieces and nephews. In accordance with Michaels wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family memorial will be held.
