Michele Lynn Gregg-Medina of Saginaw, Michigan

Beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, April 6, 2025. She was 45 years old. Michele Lynn Gregg was born on August 20, 1979, in Saginaw, Michigan to Debra Lynn (Itoney) and Larry Gregg. She was a proud graduate of Carrollton High School. Following graduation, Michele attended Delta College, a university in Chicago, Illinois, and Davenport University for a couple of years where she was studying nursing and interior design. She married Rudy F. Medina on September 8, 2018; he survives her. Michele worked as a server for various restaurants, most recently at Hunan Chinese Restaurant. She also selflessly took care of her mother and brother for many years. The role she treasured and cherished the most was to be a loving and devoted mother, wife, and sister. Michele found peace and tranquility painting, being outdoors, going for walks with her husband. She also enjoyed going on vacation, traveling across the state, Florida, and North Carolina, as well as the many spontaneous conversations about traveling the world with her daughter, Bella. Michele loved shopping, especially for clothing, and always dressed impeccably. She also enjoyed decorating her home into a beautiful oasis where she could relax and watch her favorite television shows, true crime and court tv. Michele will forever be remembered for her bubbly yet silly personality, for being loving to all she encountered, for her fierce independence and ability to always move forward in a positive direction.

Surviving are her husband, Rudy F. Medina; a daughter, Bella Itoney; mother, Debra Gregg; two brothers: Matthew Itoney; Larry Gregg; and a niece, Lexi Little. Also surviving are countless cousins, extended family members and friends too numerous to mention, but held closely to her heart.

She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Gregg; grandparents, Nancy and Charles Itoney.

A funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors, 4480 Mackinaw Rd., Saginaw, MI, 48603. Rev. Rob Richards will officiate. Burial will follow at Spaulding Township Cemetery. Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the family c/o Bella Itoney.
