Michelle Kay Barczak, born on January 7, 1947, in Owosso, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on March 26, 2025, in Saginaw, Michigan. A cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, she devoted her life to serving others with an unwavering spirit of love and compassion.
Throughout her career, Michelle engaged in many different roles but found her greatest joy in her work with fellowship outreach. She was a true steward of the Lord, dedicating herself to uplifting numerous community members along her journey. Her passion for helping others defined her life and left a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to have crossed her path.
Michelle had a wide array of interests that brought her joy. She loved watching old movies and reading, particularly the Bible, which reflected her deep faith. An avid collector of dolls, she took delight in the simple pleasures of life. Notably, Michelle was known for her warm, welcoming nature—she truly never met a stranger.
She is survived by her loving children, Mary Kay (Johnny) McGee, Keith (Kate Trietch) Barczak, and Karie (Sandy Mulligan) Barczak. Her beloved grandson, Duncan McGee, who called her his “Gramcracker” and will carry forward her legacy of kindness and compassion. Michelle also leaves behind her dear sister, Carol (George) Wixom, her sister-in-Christ, Linda Fentress-Jasper, along with many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends who held her dear.
Michelle reunites in Heaven with her parents, Edmond Kazmerski and Marian (Lambson) and Angus Ball, her twin brother, Michael Ray Ball, and sister, Jeannie Ball-Mousigian.
