Mildred Montgomery

Montgomery, Mildred Saginaw, Michigan Passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Luther Manor at the age of 83 years. The daughter of the late Fred E. and Beluah M. (Lane) Miner was born on January 14, 1930 in Saginaw. She graduated from Saginaw High School, the class of 1948. She married Robert G. Montgomery on June 26, 1948; he predeceased her on September 22, 1999. She worked for Web Oil Co. and Mooney Ice Cream Co. where she retired from in 1987. She was a member of the Eastern Star, in the Bridgeport area. Surviving are her children; Diana Kemerer, Michael G. Montgomery, Mary (Joseph) Livingston, William (Toni) Montgomery, Richard (Kathy) Montgomery, 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; a sister, Doris Ostermiller, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Fred Miner, Jr. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday March 8, 2013 at W. L. Case and Company, Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Rob Richards will officiate with burial at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral chapel on Thursday, 2:00-4:00 p.m., and 6:00-8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
