Passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 10, 2018 at his home. He was 55 years old. Milford Frederick Gruno, Jr. was born on August 26, 1963 in Phoenix, Arizona to the late Milford "Butch" and Sarah (Maynard) Gruno. He attended Birch Run High School. Butch then attended trade school to obtain his journeymans card as a carpenter. He married Michelle Fulgencio on April 11, 1980 in Birch Run; she survives him. Butch was employed by Schumacher Construction as a journeyman carpenter. He enjoyed hunting, working and tinkering on cars. Butch had the mind of an engineer; he could fix anything and take things apart and put them back together. Above all, he loved his family, but especially cherished the time spent with his uncle Jack racing hound dogs. He will forever be remembered for his selflessness to everyone and for his strength and resilience.
Surviving are a son, Milford F. Gruno, III of Pennsylvania; a daughter, Trish Gruno of Massillon, OH; three grandchildren, Caitlin Lynch, Gabrielle Gruno and James Gruno; and two brothers, Thomas (Kim) Gruno of Birch Run and Gerald Gruno of Massillon, OH. He was preceded in death by a son, Jason M. Gruno.
