Modesta "Alice" Eliza Saenz

Saenz, Modesta Eliza "Alice" Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at Covenant Healthcare, age 75 years. Alice was born in Reese, Michigan Februry12, 1938 the daughter of the late Amado and Modesta (Rodriguez) Munoz. She worked for over twenty years in the Saginaw County Sheriff's Department. She enjoyed reading, photography and crocheting. Alice is survived by three children, Mario (Beatrice) Saenz, Lisa Saenz and Adam Saenz; 14 grandchildren, including Antonio and Armando who were blessed enough to be able to spend every day of their lives with their grandmother; 19 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Sophia Fuentes; two brothers, Gilbert and Charles Munoz; several nieces and nephews and her favorite 4 footed babies, Misty and Mr. McGee. She was predeceased by two sisters and four brothers, Justina Tafoya, Carmen Vega, Fernando Munoz, Henry Munoz, Raymond Munoz and Louis Munoz. The funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 22, 2013 at Grace Baptist Church, 4619 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Terry Kuhns will officiate with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at W. L. Case & Company, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Sunday from 2:00 9:00 p.m. and Monday at church from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service.
