Monica "Moni" Rosa Garcia of Saginaw, Michigan

Beloved mother, daughter, sister, niece, aunt, and friend passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at her home. She was 27 years old. Monica Rosa Garcia was born on January 29, 1995, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Domingo and Rosalinda "Linda" (Westbrooks) Garcia. The role of her lifetime was to be a loving and devoted mother to her two daughters: Rosaura and Ahstella. The jack-of-all trades, Moni, was strong-willed, fiercely independent, and could do anything she put her mind to. Moni's passion was to use her artistic ability to create tattoos. She will forever be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor and ability to make others laugh, for being a kind, goodhearted spirit who always became the life of any party, and living an amazing life filled with beautiful memories and stories.

Surviving are her father, Domingo Garcia of Saginaw; two daughters: Rosaura and Ahstella Garcia and their fathers, Brian Negron and Teandre Daniels all of Saginaw; six brothers and four sisters: Lisa Benavides of Lansing; Rosemary (Daniel) Acevedo of Saginaw; James (Dori) Garcia of Lawrenceville, GA; Cristina Garica of Saginaw; Armando (Yazmin) Garcia of Saginaw; Domingo (Al) Garcia Jr. of Saginaw; Andres' Garcia of Saginaw; Marcos (Delores) Garcia of Saginaw; Tracy Crawford of Mansfield, OH; Roger (Angie) Merrell of Cadillac; sister-in-law, Gina Gutierrez of Saginaw. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Rosalinda "Linda" Garcia; a brother, Jason Garcia; uncle, Big Papa Westbrooks; father of her daughter, Ahstella, Wayne "Bubba" Parcham; and her paternal and maternal grandparents.

A funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 30, 2022, at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Pastor Augustine Delgado will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral chapel on Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
