Nevelyn G. Garza

Nevelyn G. Garza Saginaw, Michigan Went home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Sunday, May 7, 2017, age 68 years. She was born on August 5, 1948, daughter of the late Jake and Martha (Munoz) Williams, in Saginaw. Nevelyn was a graduate of St. Andrew's Catholic High School and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She retired from Legal Services of Eastern Michigan after many years of service. Nevelyn enjoyed shopping, interior decorating, cooking, taking road trips and spending time with her loving family. She is survived by her husband, Jose Garza; her daughters, Sabrina Donald, Stephania Donald, Melissa (Mike) Keyes and Angela (Tyler) Bates; her son, Jose (Misty) Garza II.; her grandchildren, Demetrius, Cierra, Xavier, Elijiah, Lauryn, Laila, Savannah, Jose III, Vincent, Nadia, Salita, Milania, Mike, Joe and Gabriel; her brothers, Richard Larson, Horace (Donna) Williams and Jean (Rena) Williams; also many other special relatives and friends including, Bunny Burden, Maria Garcia, Genevieve Vasquez and Joanne Harris. She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Arianna Garza, sister-in-law, Aurora Larson and the father of her daughters, Billy Donald. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the 3rd. Floor Nursing Staff at Covenant Healthcare-Cooper. Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 12, 2017 at W. L. Case and Company, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Pastor Charles E. Roots will officiate. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
