Passed away Saturday March 19, 2022, at Covenant-Cooper, aged 76 years.
She was born Nilda Cruz De Leon on September 1945 in Vieques, Puerto Rico of the late Ruben De Leon and Maria Teresa Cruz. She married Timothy Wayne Inman on February 1, 2008. He survives her. She was employed by the Saginaw County Health Department as a Pre-Natal Advocate. She earned a degree in the health field from Delta College. She was a Jehovah's Witness.

Surviving besides her husband Timothy, are her two children, Wendy Alvarado Young and Andre Alvarado; a half-brother Tito Ruben De Leon Jr.; and two stepsisters Eileen (Ben) Taylor and Nidian (Maurice) Cain; as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In accordance with Nilda's wishes cremation will take place.

She will be laid to rest in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens next to her son Christopher "Thumper" Alvarado who pre-deceased her.
