Norma Jean Schoenmeyer

Norma Jean Schoenmeyer Saginaw Township, Michigan Passed away Sunday, August 2, 2015, at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit. Age 66 years. The daughter of the late Norma Ruth (Graves) and Howard Frederick Elliot was born January 18, 1949 in Macon, Missouri. She married Donald B. Schoenmeyer, October 7, 1972. He passed away January 18, 2005. She was employed at Covenant Medical Center, retiring after several years of service. She loved to cook, but most of all, spend time with her grandchildren and family. Surviving are two daughters, one son and their spouses, Jacqueline and Joseph Stalsberg; Jeannette and Eric McConnell; Troy Schoenmeyer; four grandchildren, Jodi Stalsberg; Jenna Stalsberg; Madison McConnell; Mackenzie McConnell; three great grandchildren, Abram, Jaxson, and Sawyer. A granddaughter, Jessica and a sister, Jenny, have predeceased her. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 2110 Brockway Rd. Saginaw. Rev. Bill Bodnar will officiate. Friends may call at the Church from 3:00 p.m. Wednesday until the time of the memorial service.
