Patricia “Pat” Ann Meyer of Saginaw, Michigan
Beloved sister, cousin, aunt, and friend passed away peacefully following a short illness with her family by her side on Sunday, November 21, 2021, at Select Specialty Hospital. Patricia Ann Meyer was born on February 4, 1945, in Kansas City, Missouri, to the late Kenneth Loren and Darlene (Holmes) Teter. She was a 1963 graduate of Arthur Hill High School. Pat then attended Mt. Hood Community College in Gresham, Oregon, receiving an associate’s degree in 1972 as a physical therapy assistant. She married Dennis “Denny” Edward Meyer on September 9, 1972, in Saginaw; he preceded her in death on December 2, 2018. Pat loved shopping especially with her lifelong friend since childhood, Phyllis Najawicz and cousin, Barbara Karst. Pat also enjoyed working on crafts as well as cooking. Above all, she treasured and cherished her Maltese, Ike. Pat will forever be remembered for her kindness and her wonderful sense of humor.
Surviving are brother, Kenneth (Peggy) Teter and his daughters, Angela Teter and Allison (Jeff) Kley and their children, Carley and Dylan Kley; brother-in-law, Fred (Mary Ann) Meyer and their sons, Bradley (Jennifer) Meyer and Jeffery (Stephanie) Meyer; cousins: Cathy Hare and Joshua Tyler Karst. Also surviving are many extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Denny; and her parents.
Honoring Pat’s wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 10, 2021, at the W. L. Case & Company, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Rev. Ron Compton will officiate. Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Monday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
