Jacovitch, Paul T. Hemlock, Michigan Beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, passed away suddenly Monday, November 26, 2012, at the age of 64 years. He was born June 4, 1948, in Big Four, West Virginia, coming to Michigan as a child. He graduated from Hemlock High School with the Class of 1968. He retired from General Motors in 2006 after 38 years of service. He was a member of UAW Local 699. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Hemlock and volunteered at various activities there. He was an avid sports fan. He played fast pitch and slow pitch men's softball, and attended a Detroit Tigers fantasy baseball camp. He played horseshoes any chance he got and he loved helping others. He loved talking with his grandsons and working crossword puzzles. He married Cindy Gilbert on July 11, 1970; she survives him. He also leaves one daughter and son-in-law, Heidi and Mike Lind, and their sons, Jacoby and Sullivan, all of Midland; four sisters, four brothers and their spouses, Mary (Mike) Andrews, Midland; Brenda (Monroe) Nuget, Saginaw; Michele (Michael) Tinsley, Oscoda; Angela (Rick) Webster, Virginia Beach, VA; his twin brother, Peter (Donna) Jacovitch, Bridgeport; Larry Jacovitch, Pine Lake, GA; Jeffery (Shelly) Kilgore, Hemlock; David (Cathy) Kilgore, Greencastle, IN; one step-sister, three step-brothers, and their spouses, Sheila (Joe) McFadden, Tollesboro; Donnie (Linda) Kilgore, Merrill; Billie (Janet) Kilgore, Saginaw; and Bobbie (Janis) Kilgore, Saginaw; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and their families; his mother-in-law and two sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law and their families. He was predeceased by his father, William Jacovitch, his mother, Mary Margaret Kilgore Smith, step-father, Orville Kilgore, sister, Regina Kilgore, step-brother, Roger Kilgore; and several aunts and uncles. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2012, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 15 1 St. Mary Drive, Hemlock. Rev. Fr. Joseph Schabel will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. His family will receive friends at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Road, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday and then at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.
