Pearl Marie Warrington of Saginaw, Michigan
Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, and sister passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Sunday, February 28, 2021. Pearl Marie Watson was born on September 6, 1925, in Sault Ste. Marie, Canada, to the late Andrew and Ethel (Royal) Watson. She married the love of her life, Raymond Warrington on September 19, 1942; he preceded her in death on August 10, 2005. Pearl was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, St. George Catholic Church, and actively participated in various groups, gatherings, as well as singing in the Sunday choir. She was an honorary member of the Lakota Tribe. She worked at Eaton Manufacturing as a press operator, St. Francis Nursing Home as a Nurse’s Aide, and as a Teacher’s Aide with the Saginaw Public Schools. Pearl enjoyed working on crafts, sewing, and painting. She held a special place in her heart for children, all animals, and playing organ. She will forever be remembered for love, care, and kindness to all she loved.
Surviving are a son and three daughters: Arthur Warrington of Saginaw; Julie (Chuck) Kuschinsky of Indiantown; Susan Paddock of Saginaw; Loretta (Ed) Abraitis of Bridgeport; son-in-law, Nick Horenziak of Birch Run; special daughter, Karen Warrington; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchildren; and a step-sister, Ruby Reed of Houghton Lake.
Pearl was preceded in death by a daughter, Rosemary Horenziak.
Honoring Pearl’s wishes cremation has taken place. Burial will take place in the spring, next to her husband, Raymond, with her family present at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.
