Philip J. "PJ" Lapinski

Lapinski, Philip J. "PJ" Merrill, Michigan Passed away suddenly due to injuries sustained in a car accident on January 27, 2013 at the age of 27 years. The son of Lenette (Keyes) Hernandez and the late Geoffrey Lapinski was born on July 26, 1985 in Elkhorn Wisconsin. He graduated from Merrill High School class of 2004. He worked for Three Rivers Corporation. PJ enjoyed golfing, bowling, collecting and shooting guns and knives. Surviving besides his mother, Lenette are his siblings; Papi Hernandez, Alejandro Hernandez, Rique Hernandez, Aaliyah Hernandez, his grandparents; Jonathan Keyes, Gerald (Barbara) Lapinski, his aunts and uncles; Gwen (Russ) Sweetman, Kari (Wesley) Clark, Stephanie (Jim) Priest, Michelle (Charles) Walton, Jennifer (Andrew) Rosas, Gregory Lapinski, many cousins. PJ was predeceased by his father, Geoffrey, grandmother Candice Keyes, brother Ezekiel Hernandez, and cousin Jaime Sweetman. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Amazing Grace Church, 9232 E. Monroe Rd, Wheeler, MI. Rev. Patrick Lagan will officiate with burial at Homer Township Cemetery. Friends may visit at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, Merrill on Wednesday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. and on Thursday at church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
