Ramon Mosqueda, Sr.

Mosqueda, Ramon, Sr. Saginaw, MI Passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at Henry Ford Hospital, age 66 years. Ramon was born February 27, 1949 in LaPryor, Texas the son of the late Ruperto and Dolores (Esquivel) Mosqueda. He married Maria Bermea September 26, 1971 and she survives him. Ramon proudly served in the United States Marines and retired from Delphi after 30 years of service. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed playing softball and golf. In addition to his wife, Ramon is survived by three children, Ramon (Martha) Mosqueda, Jr., Regina Mosqueda and her fianc, Rey Renaud and Randy Mosqueda; a granddaughter, Ashley Sandoval; three siblings, Emma (David) Chantaca, Sonia Mosqueda and Ruben (Marcella) Mosqueda; a sister-in-law, Cindy Mosqueda; many nieces and nephews and his Chihuahua, who thought she was a pit bull, Chu Chu. He was predeceased by a brother, Rick Mosqueda. The funeral liturgy will take place 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 21, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 910 N. 6th St. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at W. L. Case & Company, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Friday from 2:00 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 9:00 p.m. where the rosary will be prayed at 3:00 p.m. and a parish vigil service will take place at 7:00 p.m. Friends may also call at church Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
