Raymond Fredrick Hill

Hill, Raymond Fredrick, Sr. Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at his home, age 80 years. Raymond was born in Saginaw, Michigan September 24, 1932. He married Mary Yarger in October, 1955 and she survives him. Raymond was a member of Swan Valley Church of the Nazarene. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He enjoyed working on woodworking projects. He retired from Blocks Furniture after many years of service. In addition to his wife, Mary, Raymond is survived by three sons, Raymond (Karen) Hill, Jr., Martin Hill and Robert Hill; 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter, Diana Lynn Feldotte and 9 siblings. The funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 15, 2013 at W. L. Case & Company, 201 N. Miller Rd. Rev. Jerry Schalau will officiate with burial in Owen Cemetery with military services under the auspices of VFW Post No. 1859, Carrollton. Friends may visit with the family at the chapel Saturday and Sunday 2:00 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 8:00 p.m. and Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service.
