Regina Marie Packala

Packala, Regina Marie Freeland, Michigan Passed away surrounded by her family on Friday, June 9, 2017. Loving wife of the late Wesley E. Packala; Beloved mother of daughters Laura (Robert) Wilborn, of Clarkston, and Stephanie (Duane) Gohr, of Saginaw; Proud grandmother of Conner, Nicholas, Ethan, Kayla and Ella Wilborn, Gavin, Alexis and Logan Gohr; Dear sister of Robert (Kathy) Brown, of Clearwater, FL; Cherished friend of many. Regina was born April 5, 1948, in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, daughter of the late Charles Dale Brown and Catherine Crowley Brown. She grew up in Midland. Regina graduated from the social work program at the University of Michigan and was a die-hard U of M fan. She was the owner of Intervention and Rehabilitation. Regina worked tirelessly helping people to positively change their lives. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, where her family will receive friends from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, and then on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
