Ricky Raymond Radosa of Midland, Michigan
Beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend passed away unexpectedly, at his home, on Saturday, January 13, 2024. He was 67 years old. He was born on March 23, 1956, in Midland, Michigan, to the late Rudolph R. and Marjorie A. (Badour) Radosa Sr. Rick was a proud 1974 graduate of Merrill High School. Following graduation, he worked as a laborer with the labor union. In 1989, he began working for the Dow Corning Company as a pipe coverer, retiring in 2012, after 23 years of loyal and dedicated service. The role of his lifetime, one he treasured and cherished, was spending time with his children and grandchildren. A proud grandfather, Rick's little piece of heaven was watching all his grandchildren's sporting events, usually from a distance, but always near the closest tree under the shade. He was baptized and raised within the Catholic Faith, attended St. John XXIII Parish - Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and was an active member with the Knights of Columbus Council #2291, participating in all of their fish fry's every year. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting white tail deer and turkeys. Rick was also a sports enthusiast, he loved Michigan State University, and over the years enjoyed coaching both men's and women's softball. Since 1989, he's selflessly donated blood with Versiti Blood Center of Michigan, recently receiving a 30-gallon pin. He will forever be remembered as a quiet and loving man willing to help anyone in need and for truly living an amazing life filled with many wonderful stories and memories.
Surviving are two children: Bridget Becker of Merrill; Erick (Candice Lagan) Radosa of Shields; six grandchildren: Gracie Radosa of Shields; Brady Becker of Merrill; Mitchell Radosa of Shields; Brendan Becker of Merrill; Jack Lagan of Shields; Luke Lagan of Shields; two brothers: Rudy Radosa Jr. of Midland; Randall (Karen) Radosa of Merrill; and a special aunt, Mary Roach of Midland.
Also surviving are many additional aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, extended family, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rudolph and Marjorie Radosa, Sr.
