Robert “Bob” Kenney Bosley of St. Charles, Michigan

Beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, March 8, 2025. He was 49 years old. Robert Kenney Bosley was born on October 18, 1975, in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late Richard E. and Maureen (McGuire) Bosley. He attended Saginaw Public Schools. Through his best friend, he met the love of his life, Dawn Marie Beck. They dated, fell in love, and were united in marriage on April 27, 2001; she survives him. After obtaining his GED, Bob worked for Rohloff Nursery. In 2006, he then began a 19-year career at Mike’s Wrecker Service where he worked as a tow truck driver and yard worker. Bob was the quintessential family man. His greatest role and legacy was to be a loving and devoted husband and father, they were his heart and soul. Bob always offered a listening ear, advice, and help whenever needed. Guitars and drums were his passion, whether it was playing, fixing, or tinkering with them, he’d become lost in the process of creating music. Bob also had a meticulous eye for detail and spent hours working on a guitar to resemble Eddie Van Halen’s. He civically served his community by volunteering his time setting up and tearing down traffic control for the Lawn Chair Film Festival and the Saginaw Area Fireworks. Bob will forever be remembered for selflessly helping others, for being kind and compassionate, for loving and putting his family first, and for truly living an amazing life filled with many beautiful memories and stories.

Surviving are his wife, Dawn Marie Bosley of St. Charles; two sons: Tyler Robert and Nathan Terry Bosley of St. Charles; four siblings: Thomas (Laura) Bosley of Freeland; Kevin (Lorna) Bosley of Clio; Karen Ann Ackerman of Saginaw; Kathryn Webber of Saginaw; mother-in-law, Carol Jordan of St. Charles; brother-in-law, Dale (Dena) Beck of Grayling. Also surviving are countless nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends too numerous to mention, but held closely to his heart.

The family requests anyone attending the visitation or funeral to dress casual and comfortable. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Maureen Bosley; father-in-law, Terry Beck.

A funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 14, 2025, at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors, 4480 Mackinaw Road, Saginaw, MI 48603. Rev. Ted McCulloch will officiate. Honoring the family’s wishes, cremation will follow the service. Friends are welcome to gather at the funeral chapel on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the family c/o Dawn Marie Bosley.
