Robert Frederick Dietrich

Dietrich, Robert Frederick Frankenmuth, Michigan Robert F. Dietrich answered the call of God on Sunday, January 25, 2015 after a wonderful long life and a short time spent in a wheelchair at the age of 108 years. He attended Unity Church of Bay City since 1954. Robert was born on December 17, 1906 in Germany. His interests were gardening, nutrition, and everything concerning being and staying healthy. He is survived by his children: Gisela Stanard of Frankenmuth, MI, and Bodil Stewart of Salem, Missouri, 4 grandchildren: Matthew Stanard, Sharon Scott, Sue Woods, Marilyn Fuller, 7 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, a nephew Willi Groning, and a niece, Gertrude Sasse. He was predeceased by his wife, Natalie in 2002, her son-in-law Robert Stanard, a grandson Robert Fuller, his parents, and many brothers and sisters. Funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie Highway. Rev. Greg Coles will officiate with burial at Frankenmuth Township Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 12:00 noon until the time of the funeral service. www.casefuneralhome.com
