Ronald Arthur French

Ronald Arthur French Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Saturday, February 20, 2016, at Covenant Cooper. Age 78 years. The son of the late Clara (Massicotte) and Arthur French was born August 4, 1937 in Saginaw, Michigan. He married Joyce Elaine Jean, August 16, 1958. She passed away July 13, 1989. Ronald served with the U.S. Air Force. He had been employed by Marquette Warehouse. He enjoyed football, playing cards, traveling, camping and fishing. Surviving are three sons and their wives. Michael French; Thomas and Crystal French; James and Lisa French; two grandchildren, Alex French; Brad Rupert; three great grandchildren, Ainsley Jo Rupert; Michael R. French; Layla Marie French; a sister and brother, Geraldine Dunn and David French; several nieces and nephews. A son, Daniel French, a brother and a sister, Robert French and Judith Sabisch have predeceased him. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, February 28, 2016 at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Fr. Jack Johnson will officiate with military honors under the auspices of V.F.W. Post 1859. Friends may call at the Chapel from 12:00 Noon Sunday until the time of the memorial service.
