Ronald L. Gulliver

Gulliver, Ronald L. Saginaw, Michigan Beloved father, grandfather, and brother, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018, at the age of 63. He was born March 16, 1955, in Owosso, Michigan, son of the late Esther Nada (DeLong) and Leonard Arthur Gulliver. He graduated from SS Peter and Paul High School in Saginaw and received an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Delta College. Ronald was a "people person" and was well known for his many years working at Petersons Drug Store, and as a beloved greeter at Meijer on Tittabawassee. He enjoyed telling jokes, reading, and especially loved time spent with his granddaughters. He married Debra Kay Modelski on January 8, 1977; she predeceased him May 20, 2008. Surviving are two sons, one daughter, and two granddaughters: Jonathan Gulliver; Jeremy and Kimberly Gulliver and their daughter, Harper, all of Bay City; Melissa Dean, son-in-law, Bill Dean, and their daughter, Ava, Chicago, Illinois; one sister, Connie Gulliver. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, where his family will receive friends from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Monday, and then on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
