Ronald "Ron" Crampton Saginaw, MI Beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at the Medilodge of Frankenmuth. He was 72 years old. Ronald Dale Crampton was born on March 19, 1946 in Midland, MI to the late T. Eldine and Wilma (Gay) Crampton. He was a proud 1964 of Midland High School. Following graduation, Ron attended Western Michigan University where he earned both a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in 1968 in Art and Art Education. He married the love of his life, Sandra Lynn McKnight on June 22, 1985 in Saginaw; she survives him. Ron was employed as a Layout Artist with BBS Printing in Midland. He was technologically savvy, and enjoyed building, astronomy, and was a talented artist. Being such a brilliant artist, Ron was able to bring so much color and light into Sandras world and shell forever be grateful for their two lives to become one. Surviving Ron are his wife, Sandra Crampton; a son, David Crampton, Plainwell, MI; a step-son, Ben (Cassie) Lynar, White Lake, MI; two grandchildren, Ian Lynar, Owen Lynar; and a sister, Kay (Louie) Vescio, Sanford, MI. Also surviving are a nephew, as well as many extended family members and friends. Following Rons wishes, cremation has taken place. A private service will take place at a later date.
