Wildfong, Ronald Saginaw, Michigan Passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at the age of 67 years. Ron was born on January 25, 1949 in Green Bay, WI to Loula (Maddix) Wildfong and the late Edwin Wildfong. He served in the U.S. Marines Corps: serving three tours during the Vietnam Era, and received a Purple Heart. He was a member of the American Legion Post #439 and V.F.W. Post #1566. Surviving besides his mother, Loula, are his children: Damian Wildfong, Lisa (Scott) Balderstone, Austin Wildfong, his brother Dave (Lori) Wildfong, sister, Sharron (Dave) Wildfong-Burns, 4 grandchildren, two sisters-in-laws: Alice and Liz Wildfong and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by four siblings: Michael Wildfong, Terrie DeMitchell, Rick Wildfong, and Bob Wildfong and the mother of his son, Austin: Debra Kay Bingham. Funeral service will take place at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the W. L. Case and Company, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Robert Troutman will officiate with military honors under the auspices of American Legion Post #439, with burial later at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday from 12:00 noon until the time of the funeral service.
