Passed away in his home on August 13, 2020. Age 74 years. Ronnie was born on March 25, 1946 to the late Dorothie (Hacker) and Charles Taub Sr. in Saginaw, MI. He married Mary Louise Japcinski on April 4, 1970; she survives him. He proudly served in the United States Air Force in the Vietnam War. Ronnie worked as a machinist at B&K Corp, now KUKA, for several years, retiring in 2008. He was a member of VFW Post 7542, Birch Run Moose 2426, American Legion, Frankenmuth American Legion 150 and Fraternal Order of Eagles in Clio 3609.
Surviving are his wife Mary Taub, three children: Jill (Arnie) Seorum of Birch Run, MI, Julie (Dewey) Hoffman of Burt, MI, and David Taub of Essexville, MI, three grandchildren: Brooke Seorum, Trent Seorum, and Madison Hoffman, a sister Meri Lynn (David) Symons, brother-in-law James (Terry) Japcinski, two nephews Bill and Rob Taub, niece Leslie McGarvie, and his beloved dog Scooter.
Along with his parents he is predeceased by a brother, Charles (Jerry).
Honoring Ronnie’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at noon on Tuesday, August 18th at Ron’s house. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a charity of their choice.
