Loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and aunt passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 76 years. Born October 1, 1946, to the late Roy Beamish and Catherine (Leaman) Beamish. She had two siblings Dale Beamish and Carol Beamish Rossow who have preceded her as well. She married Gary Blower July 8, 1967. Together they had two children: Craig Blower and his wife Nicole Davis Blower and Chad Blower and his fiancé Stephanie Facundo. She also has four grandchildren: Noah Davis Blower, Savannah Nicole Blower, Trinity Athena Blower and Elijah Alexander Blower. She is also survived by a niece and three nephews: Katie Macgowan and her husband Deklynn, Sean Beamish and his wife Kandice, Brian Rossow and his wife Shannon and Alan Rossow.
Rosemary was an avid artist and art teacher. She started her art career at the age of 13 taking classes at the Saginaw Art Museum and through high school, she also studied art at Delta College. She started painting and working the arts shows throughout the State of Michigan also teaching painting classes out of her studio at home and at Roger’s Hobby Shop in Saginaw. She also entered the Michigan State duck stamp contest and Michigan State wildflower contests where she placed second. Due to the Covid epidemic she was forced to stop teaching at Roger’s Hobby Shop and retired. Rosemary enjoyed traveling to Canada where she got a lot of her painting ideas, enjoyed fishing, and for 10 years owned and operated a tourist camp on Anjigami Lake. She loved the smell of the pines and the fresh clean air.
Rosemary was a very caring person who would go out of her way to help all of her friends and people that she would meet that needed a helping hand.
Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. Rev. Rob Richards will officiate with burial at Owen Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral chapel on Monday from 3:00-7:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the American Heart Association or the Disabled American Veterans.
