Ruby Pauline Williams Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Tuesday, September 06, 2016, at Saginaw Geriatrics Home. Age 96 years. The daughter of the late Radi Josephine (Sanders) and James Roe was born June 17, 1920 in Lake City, Arkansas. She married Kenneth A. Williams, November 21, 1936. He survives her. She was employed as a Nurses Aid with Heritage Family Physicians and the Chesaning Nursing Home. She was a member of First Baptist Church of St. Charles. Ruby as an accomplished seamstress, enjoyed arts and crafts, making quilts and afghans, fishing, going up north, but most of all, spending time with her family. Surviving besides her husband, Kenneth, are two sons and their wives, Mick V. and Kris (Sue) Williams; Terry R. and Ruth Ann Williams; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A daughter, Betty Sue Moore, and two sons, Lendell Williams and Jimmy Alvin Williams, and several brothers and sisters have predeceased her. The funeral service will take place at Noon Friday, September 9, 2016, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. Rev. Darrell English will officiate with burial in Swan Creek Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the Alzheimer's Association.
