Ruth L. Williams

Passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at the age of 88 years. Ruth Louise Kleinbriel was born on December 28, 1927 to the late Emily (Snyder) and Henry Kleinbriel. She graduated from Arthur Hill High School the class of 1945. Ruth married Eugene M. Williams on July 30, 1949; he predeceased her on February 24, 1994. Ruth was an active leader in P.T.A. and P.A.C. and volunteered in the neighborhood schools. She retired from Gaertner's Greenhouse in 1980 and was a lifelong member of First Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed gardening and reading. Surviving are her children: David (Gail) Williams, Ann (Stephen) Frost, Mary (Mark) Quast. Her Grandchildren: Mark (Suzanna) Williams, Brian (Rebecca) Williams, Lori (Bret) Stone, Laura Frost, Trevor, Devin & Nathan Quast and great-grandchildren Noah and Kollin Williams. Brother Charles (Ann) Kleinbriel. A special nephew Stephen Mason and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister Eleanor Mason and brother in law Jack T. Williams. Funeral service will take place at 12:00 noon on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Ted McCulloch will officiate. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
