Sally Joan Coeur

Sally Joan Coeur Saginaw, Michigan Beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away peacefully on Friday, March 29, 2019 at Serenity Spring Assisted Living. She was 84 years old. Sally Joan Cherry was born on November 29, 1934 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Earl and Lydia (Paulie) Cherry. She married Donald August Coeur on March 2, 1963; he preceded her in death on February 16, 2016. Sally held various positions at Petes Grill, retiring after 40 years of service. She enjoyed playing Bingo, going to the casino, word search puzzles and reading. Above all, Sally loved and cherished her family. She will forever be remembered for her kindness, loving heart and her desire to help others in need. Surviving are two sons, Earl (Barbara) Cherry of Saginaw; and Michael (Dawn) Coeur of Battle Creek; seven grandchildren, Debbie (Lisa) Cherry; Heather Cherry; Megan Cherry; Amanda Vela; Jessica Cherry; Christopher (Jennifer) Coeur; and Aaron (Amanda) Coeur; and 17 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammie Lynn Cherry; a son, Bryon Edward Cherry; and three sisters. Family Memorial services will be held.
