Sandra "Sandy" Ann Johnson

Sandra “Sandy” Ann Johnson passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 22, 2022, at Covenant Hospital.

Sandy, daughter of the late Luther “Woody” and Patricia Woodard, was born on January 17, 1951, in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Richard “Red” Johnson on February 14, 2003. He survives her.

Sandy is also survived by her son Dwayne (Kelly) Honeman, nieces Heather (Ed) Wardin and Jaime (Joshua) Paes; stepdaughter Marcy (Mitch) Johnson; stepsons Mike (Joan) Stennett and David (Kathy) Johnson; grandchildren Jenna and Hanna Honeman, Jessica Lake, Ryan (Danielle) Lake, Liz Northrop, Brandon (Hope) Johnson, David Adam (Tanner) Johnson, Ashleigh (Chris) Turner, Makenna and Carver Johnson; sister Nancy (Brian) Kennedy; many great grandkids and extended family.

Sandy was predeceased by brother Craig Woodard, sister in law Sue Woodard; stepsons Daniel and Jason Johnson; grandsons Sean Stennett, ‘Little’ Danny Johnson and Christopher Johnson; nephew Nathan Lamping.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, May 27, 2022, at W. L. Case & Company, 4480 Mackinaw Road, Saginaw. Rev. Julie Bailey will officiate with burial to follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 12:00 pm Friday until time of service.

Sandy will always be remembered for her kindness, gentle soul and always a hug before you walked out the door.
